We want you to be satisfied with your Twin Hill purchases. If that is not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:

  • Is in new condition
  • Hasn't been washed, worn, laundered or altered
  • Is accompanied by a completed return and exchange form
  • Returned within 90 days

Orders Shipped in the US - Return and Exchange

Garments are accepted for exchange or credit if they have not been worn, altered, laundered or dry cleaned and the tags are attached. You may return your garments for exchange or credit within 90 days of receipt.

If you need to return or exchange your Twin Hill product(s), please fill out the Apparel Return Form included with your shipment. The form is also available by clicking here. If a garment has been altered in any way, including a hem, it cannot be returned for exchange or credit.

If the wrong size or incorrect item is ordered, Twin Hill will exchange it as long as it has not been worn, laundered, dry cleaned or altered and the garment is returned within 90 days of receipt. The employee must cover the cost of return shipping.

Twin Hill has a 100% guarantee on its quality and workmanship. If any Twin Hill garment is defective/damaged (excluding normal wear and tear), the employee can simply fill out the Apparel Return Form included with their shipment, return the garment, and we will quickly replace or repair the damaged merchandise. Twin Hill will provide a prepaid return label for this purpose by contacting Customer Service at 1.866.429.1024.

Twin Hill merchandise cannot be returned to a Men's Wearhouse retail location.
